Magnifique découverte ! Le service est soigné et attentionné. Les mets proposés sont originaux avec des saveurs authentiques et vraiment travaillées, tant en termes de présentation que de saveurs. Ambiance chic et chaleureuse. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Proposition globale à la hauteur d'un étoilé.

Chance visit this Sunday at this restaurant when offered a last near entrance table for a single walk in. Turned up eventually the overall experience at this off the beaten track spot was striking which motivated me to share. The non beef set lunch menu offered was priced for a fish eater very reasonably. The starters and main course look minimalist but presented so beautifully and when eaten you can taste the perfect combination of food and sauce highlighting the uniqueness of the sauce especially when you compliment munching together with the warmed very well baked and tasty bread offered. One can truly fathom the vast effort put in to seek out the correct combining ingredients to produce this pleasurable taste. I ever heard some people mentioned that the fundamental uniqueness of French cooking is in the Sauce and this is the place I again get to experience it this time visiting France. Further, the wine menu is extensive enough to fish out a complimentary wine to enhance the tasting experience of Sauce + Bread+ Wine. I am fortunate to get it this time here. I salute the skill and human endeavour of the team here that produced the food also well served. This can help the preservation of the innovativeness and uniqueness of French cooking. Three Cheers.
