J'ai pris à emporter, en livraison. C'était vraiment délicieux, ce qui n'est pas donné en livraison (les Lyonnais on se sait) !
Copieux, magnifiquement bon, et ils m'avaient l'air très gentils. Je viendrais un jour sur place

Première fois que je viens ici.
Service très sympa.
Ambiance calme et agréable.
Nous avons très bien manger.
Je recommande.

Malgré des notes très positives, nous avons été très déçu du service, nous avions demandé de nous séparer les entrées et les plats, tout a été servi ensemble, nous avons attendu longtemps pour recevoir le vin .
Trop bruyant et salle non climatisée .

Food was good but service was a disaster. We had to wait for 40 minutes for the servers to take our order and we had our food after 1h 20min after our arrival. It was extremely exhausting. Yes, the restaurant seemed very busy even though it was late night on Monday. So I don't think it was necessarily a fault of the staffs because there were only few of them to cover all those customers. I think it's more of a management failure. You need to hire more servers if your restaurant is that busy. It is not fair for either the customers or staffs.

I think you have mistaken me with another person. I don't know what group you're talking about here? I visited this place a while ago, early August, and my table was booked for 9pm. There was only two of us arriving at the same time, and we did not drink more than a pint of beer each. I did wait for 40 minutes for the order to be taken because I was checking the time every minute as I was very hungry. I think you making an assumption that I was of another group while you aren't even aware of exact date and time i visited and my identity is kind of absurd and it seems like a tactic to defend your customer service. As I said, the food was good, and have no intention to attack your business out of nonsense, exaggerating the waiting time. I only left review in hopes for better customer experience in the future for everyone.
